BG’s Higgins wins national merit scholarship
Bowling Green High School graduate Chloe Higgins has been awarded the Hagan Scholarship, a nationwide need-based, renewable merit scholarship designed to provide recipients with the opportunity to graduate college with as little debt as possible.
