Heidelberg, Terra State partner on dual enrollment initiative

TIFFIN — Heidelberg University and Terra State Community College have sealed the deal on a new dual admission and enrollment agreement, beginning in the spring. The partnership will provide a seamless pathway for Terra State students to enroll at Heidelberg to complete their bachelor’s degrees.
