The NAI Harmon Group, in 2016, announced the creation of the 112-acre Harmon Business Park in Rossford, initiating the first significant industrial development in northern Wood County. Originally anticipated to span 10 years, the final 72 acres were sold in January of this year – less than eight years later.

The City of Rossford was instrumental in the development, providing infrastructure and utility incentives and support for planning and zoning approvals.

NAI Harmon President Steve Harmon stated, “Eight years ago we committed to moving this property to a new vision that would bring new companies and jobs to the Rossford area. Today, as we sell the last parcels, we are proud of the fact that we have accomplished that mission. Real estate can be a patient business, but it is very satisfying to help businesses, people, and communities.”

The NAI Harmon Group and Logan Creek Construction completed three buildings within the park totaling 220,000 square feet and another 540,000 square feet is under design to begin in 2024.

NAI Harmon Vice President of Real Estate and Development, Stephanie Kuhlman added, “The Harmon Business Park is a perfect example of a public/private partnership to drive economic development. The City of Rossford’s vision to participate allowed the NAI Harmon Group to bring significant capital improvements and job creation to this area.”
