Lake’s boys golf team finished seventh out of 16 teams at the Lake Flyer Invitational at Brandywine
Country Club on Monday.
The Flyers finished with a team score of 354.
Toledo St. John’s won the event with a score of 315. Bowling Green resident Austin Gardner shot 85 for
St. John’s.
Lake’s scores were: Nate Yeager, 78; Ian Johnson, 89; Jake Materni, 91; and Cole Brossia, 96.
BOYS GOLF
Eastwood 11th at
St. Francis Invitational
At Maumee Bay, Eastwood finished 11th out of 17 teams at the St. Francis Invitational with a team score
of 338.
Perrysburg finished 16th with a team score of 349. Fremont Ross took the team title with a score of 303.

Scores for Eastwood were: Tommy Blanchard, 81; Cody Jennings and John Krock, 85 each; and Austin Speck,
87.
Scores for Perrysburg were: Nathan Van Hoozen, 78; Nick Ralston, 86; Evan Appold, 87; and Spencer George,
98.
PH tops North Baltimore
At Pike Run, Patrick Henry and North Baltimore each finished at 172 with PH winning on the fifth-man
score. NB is 2-1.
NB’s scores were: Jacob Frost, 41; Andrew Peters, 42; Brock Boyer, 44; and Corey Bean, 45.
GIRLS GOLF
BG takes third
At Sycamore Springs, Bowling Green was third in a quadrangular.
Lima Central Catholic was first at 170. BG shot 208. Eastwood shot 246.
BG’s scores were: Erica Rybak, 50; Robyn Thayer and Katie Hoops, 52 each; and Sammi Austin, 54.
Eastwood’s scores were not available.
