Rod and Janet Dauterman, Portage, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house this
Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Family Life Center of Mt. Zion United Brethren Church, rural Wayne. They
request no gifts.
The Dautermans were married Sept. 2, 1961 at the same church.
Rod Dauterman is retired from Brush Wellman after 44 years. He also farmed and was a Portage Township
trustee.
They have three children, Ryan, Brock and Holly; and three grandchildren.
The couple will be going to the Holy Land in the fall to celebrate their anniversary.
