Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bowling Green, was the setting for the April 30 wedding of Megan
DuBois and Brett Riffner.
Pastor Tom Zulick conducted the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Kathy and Skip Teeple, Bowling Green, and Jim and Karen DuBois of
Pennsylvania. The groom is the son of Bill and Cheryl Riffner,
Bowling Green.
The bride’s father, Jim DuBois, walked the bride half way down the aisle and stepfather Skip Teeple
walked the rest of the way and gave her in marriage. She wore a white satin corset ball gown with beaded
lace appliques and lace-up back, an organza pick-up skirt and chapel train. She chose a cathedral-length
veil.
Sarah Libbe, Perrysburg, and Maggie Koch, Grand Rapids, were the maids of honor.
Bridesmaids were Christine DuBois, Perrysburg, and Kristin DuBois, Lewis Center, both sisters-in-law of
the bride; Katie Ludwig, Grand Rapids; and Krysteena Brown, Weston.
All bridesmaids wore different floor-length styles of dresses in coral.
Ella and Ava DuBois, Perrysburg, nieces of the bride, were flower girls. They wore white satin dresses
with coral sashed pick-up skirts.
Serving as best men were Keith Riffner, Bowling Green, brother of the groom, and Corey Weiland, Luckey,
cousin of the groom.
Groomsmen were Kyle DuBois, Perrysburg, and Nate DuBois, Lewis Center, both brothers of the bride; Wes
Punches, Bowling Green; and Joel Domer, Weston.
Musicians for the ceremony were organist Tom Haubert and vocalist Jeff Lemke, cousin of the groom.
A reception was held at Graystone Banquet Hall, Perrysburg, with music furnished by DJ Cliff Smithers.

The couple honeymooned at Rivera Maya, Mexico, and are making their home at 14338 Hannah Road, Bowling
Green.
The bride graduated from Otsego High School in 2004 and Owens Community College in 2008, with an
associate degree in dental hygiene. She is employed as a dental hygienist in the office of Drs. Zouhary
and Fisher in Rossford.
The groom, also a 2004 Otsego graduate, is presently employed by Guarantee Carpet Cleaning, Bowling
Green.
