Education center to interview for new boss

The Wood County Educational Service Center has announced the names of five candidates who will be
interviewed to become the next superintendent of the organization.
All five are currently serving as superintendents for local school districts in Ohio.
The five candidates (listed alphabetically) with the school district they currently serve are Paulette
Baz, Swanton Local Schools, Lucas County; Kenneth Boyer, North Central Local Schools, Pioneer in
Williams County; Tod Hug, Ayersville Local Schools, Defiance County; Kyle Kanuckel, Riverview Local
Schools, Warsaw in Coshocton County; and David Stubblebine, Monroeville Local Schools, Huron County.
The interviews are scheduled to be held on Monday and Tuesday by the governing board of the WCESC.
Fred Susor is currently serving as the interim superintendent. He was hired to replace the former
superintendent, Luci Gernot.
