proposals or parts of any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the
bids received. Bids shall be received in the Form of Proposal furnished in the
Project Manual. No other form will be accepted. A Prebid Site Walk-Thru will be
held on Tuesday April 5, 2011 at 11:00 am at the project site. Bidders
