One man was injured following an accident Friday at Conneaut Avenue and Mitchell Road.
According to Bowling Green Police, at 10:35 a.m., Laurie Dilbone, Bowling Green, driving a 2006 Honda
Odyssey, was westbound on Conneaut Avenue when she failed to yield the right of way at the stop sign at
the intersection and struck a 2003 Chevrolet Express driven by Richard McPherson, North Baltimore, which
was southbound on Mitchell Road. McPherson’s vehicle was knocked into a guardrail.
McPherson reportedly sustained non-incapacitating injuries and transported himself to Wood County
Hospital.
Dilbone was cited for right of way from a stop sign.
