To all persons interested in the Estate of Kathryn L. Puse, deceased, Wood County Probate Court, Case No.
20091358. The fiduciary in the estate has filed an inventory and appraisal of their trust. A hearing on
the inventory and appraisal will be December 10, 2009, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the court. The court is
located on the second floor in the Wood County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, Ohio.

Any person desiring to file exceptions to said inventory must file them at least five days prior to the
day set for hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Removal of Snow
from Sidewalks
The citizens of Grand Rapids, Ohio are hereby advised of Chapter 1020.01 of the Codified Ordinances of
Grand Rapids which states that sidewalks in the Village which are not free of snow and ice within
twenty-four hours after the abatement of any storm during which such snow and ice may have accumulated,
are a public nuisance.
All property owners are required to clear snow and ice from sidewalks abutting their premises within
twenty-four hours after the abatement of any storm during which such snow and ice have accumulated.
The Ordinance further provides that if the property owner fails to remove snow and ice as required above,
the Village Administrator may cause the sidewalks to be cleaned at Village expense. Thereupon, the
expense of cleaning shall be billed to the property owner by certified mail. Upon failure to reimburse
the Village this amount within thirty days thereafter, the Council shall make written return to the
County Auditor of the action taken, with the statement for the charges of the services, the amount paid
for the performance of such labor, the fees of the officers who made the service with the notice and
return the proper description of the premises along with a request that such amount be entered upon the
tax duplicate, to become a lien upon such lands from and after the date of the entry, and to be
collected as other taxes and returned to the Village according to law.
Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Ordinance is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be
fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed
committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

Any unknown father of Landin Slane, minor child, will take notice that a Complaint for Custody has been
filed in the Wood County, Ohio, Juvenile Court, Case No. 2009 JF 1446, that said complaint will be for
hearing before said Court in Bowling Green, Wood County, Ohio, on January 22, 2010, at 2:30 p.m., at the
Wood County Juvenile Court, 1032 South Dunbridge Road, Bowling Green, Ohio; and any unknown father of
Landin Slane, last address unknown, is Ordered to appear before the Wood County Juvenile Court on said
date and show cause why the complaint’s prayer should not be granted.
You are notified that any party may retain counsel for these Juvenile Court proceedings. Failure to
appear or otherwise respond to these proceedings may result in the Juvenile Court issuing Orders
concerning the relief requested. Questions may be directed to the Wood County Juvenile Court, phone
