Bowling Green State University’s women’s basketball team opened its season Friday night in Anderson Arena
with a 76-41 victory in WNIT action against Chicago State.
The win sends the Falcons to second round play Sunday afternoon against the Ohio State Buckeyes in
Columbus.
Also Friday night the Falcon hockey team scored its first victory of the season, defeating Alaska at the
Ice Arena. The two teams play again Saturday night.
