Jay and Hatti (Barlow) Hartman of Lemoyne will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Monday with a
family picnic.
They were married Aug. 3, 1959 in Maysville, Ky.
He is a retired construction foreman.
The Hartmans have three children, Tanya Brough, Genoa; Jay, Perrysburg; and Nikki, Moline. They also have
