A Detroit man has been accused of threatening a man with a gun while committing theft.

A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted John Almoni Gatson, 22, for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony. It has firearm specification for a three-year prison sentence.

On May 7, Gatson allegedly attempted or committed a theft, or in fleeing immediately after the attempt or offense, had a firearm in his possession. He either displayed the weapon, indicated he had it or used it.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
