Help the Wood County District Public Library celebrate the new bookmobile with a Launch Party.
Join the library on May 24 at 10 a.m. in the Bowling Green library parking lot for a ribbon cutting and remarks from WCDPL Director Michael Penrod.
From 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., bookmobile and outreach staff will give tours of the new bookmobile to families and guests. All ages are invited to enjoy craft stations, including a folding paper craft to build a mini bookmobile (while supplies last).
The bookmobile has expanded from 11 public stops to 19, and visits schools, daycares, and senior living facilities around the library’s service district. To find a stop, visit wcdpl.org/bookmobile.
In case of inclement weather, this party will be held in the Bowling Green library atrium.
