A Michigan man has been indicted on 10 charges of pandering.

A Wood County grand jury on April 3 indicted Deonte Naquan Simes, 28, of Southgate, for counterfeiting, a third-degree felony; two counts possessing criminal tools, both fifth-degree felonies; and 10 counts pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, all fourth-degree felonies.

Ten times on July 19, 2022, Simes allegedly bought or possessed obscene material that had a minor as a participant.

He also is accused of counterfeiting, after he allegedly forged or altered five or more access devices. He used cell phones to commit the alleged offenses.
