PERRYSBURG — On Feb. 22 at 7:30 p.m., the Music Business Technology students from Owens Community College present the third concert of the 2023-2024 Accent on the Arts concert series, featuring the Ellie Martin Quartet.
Brazilian music, American Songbook, Bebop, Swing and Latin grooves will be delivered with individuality, passion, and honesty. Jazz vocalist, songwriter and educator Ellie Martin released “Verdant” her debut CD featuring life-affirming originals, in May 2023.
Accent on the Arts is a free concert series designed, booked, promoted, and presented by Music Business Technology students. The concert will be in the 526-seat, Mainstage Theatre in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts on the Owens Community College Toledo-area campus. The Center for Fine and Performing Arts is located at 7270 Biniker Road.
