A Bradner man has been sentenced for multiple counts of pandering obscenity.

Kevin Osburn, 26, was indicted in April for 11 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, all second-degree felonies; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

In September, he pleaded guilty to the 11 pandering charges after they were amended to fourth-degree felonies, and the possessing criminal tools charge as indicted.

Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge Matt Reger on Tuesday sentenced Osburn to 30 days in jail and placed him on five years of community control.

From July 1, 2021, to Jan. 20, 2022, Osburn created, reproduced or published obscene material that had a minor as one of its participants or observers.

Osburn used a cell phone in the commission of the offenses.

He was classified as a Tier II sexual offender, which will require him to register every 180 days for 25 years.
