She has been playing golf since she was 8-years-old, and in an Otsego Senior Fall Athlete Spotlight on the school’s athletic website, she says as a youngster she “enjoyed playing sports and hitting the ball.”

She adds that being a high school athlete “has helped my time management skills along with staying organized.”

Jackson says, “Making friends with girls from different schools and playing with them throughout the years.” has been her favorite part of being a high school golfer.

If she could, Jackson said she “would play a match against Tiger Woods because he is one of the best golfers of our time.”

Like her older sister, Olivia Jackson, Elizabeth plans to golf in college, but says to her younger teammates at Otsego, “I would tell incoming high school athletes to practice hard and have fun.” She says her parents, Nicole and Brad Jackson, and her sister have been her biggest role model.

Olivia Jackson is a senior at Notre Dame College in Cleveland. She shot a 262 over three days at the Mountain East Conference fall championships, finishing in a tie for 17th place and tied for the second best score on the team..

Jackson also shot a 171 over two days at the MEC spring championships, finishing in a tie for 18th, including second best on the team.

In 2021-22, Olivia shot a 180 over two days at the MEC Tournament, which was second best on the team. Olivia is majoring in biology exercise science at Notre Dame.
