The Great Lakes Community Action Partnership’s 29th annual People Helping People Campaign is now underway.

The campaign fundraiser supports GLCAP’s People Helping People Fund, which assists Wood, Ottawa, Sanduskyand Seneca County individuals and families in programs with needs that go above and beyond those that are covered through GLCAP’s grant-funded services.

“GLCAP uses People Helping People funding to assist people in our programs with medical bills, transportation costs, and other needs that cannot be covered through grant funds,” GLCAP Public Relations Director Alex Boroff said. “Covering the costs of these expenses can make a big impact to the people we serve.”

Those who are interested in donating to the fund may do so at www.glcap.org/peoplehelpingpeople.
