A Bowling Green man was arrested after he allegedly drove under the influence and struck a fire hydrant in a parking lot.
A Bowling Green Police Division officer responded to a report that a truck had struck a fire hydrant at an apartment complex in the 200 block of Napoleon Road. This occurred Monday at 12:23 a.m.
After talking to a witness, Luis Arturo Senteno Olbera, 54, and his damaged truck were reportedly located at an apartment there.
After Olbera was treated at Wood County Hospital, he was arrested and taken to jail.
Olbera was charged with failure to control and operating a vehicle under the influence.
