Pemberville woman bets that sports gambling will harm

To the Editor:

I am voicing concern over sports gambling in Ohio. The advertisements are in your face, trying to draw people in — especially those vulnerable to addiction. Also, The hypocrisy of saying that if you have a gambling issue you can get help at this number is ludicrous. What does this say to our children and young people?

Families will suffer when a loved one falls prey to this attempt at making it all very appealing and in hopes of getting a lot of money. Write or email the governor and representatives to express concern over this issue.
