Henry was visibly upset and yelling at two witnesses as the officer approached, according to the report. The woman said Henry ran into her vehicle with his, then assaulted her, according to the report.

Henry told the officer he ran into the woman with his vehicle. When the woman and a child exited her vehicle, he told the child to get into his truck.
