William James Lloyd Jr., 71, of Olathe Kansas and formerly of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away peacefully December 29, 2022. He was born October 20, 1951 in Bowling Green to the late William Lloyd Sr. and Helen (Morrow) Lloyd.
Bill was a 1969 graduate of Shawnee High School in Lima, Ohio and went on to obtain his Bachelor’s from Bowling Green State University in 1973. He worked as the director of RX specialty content at AmerisourceBergen until he retired.
Bill was a POSSI member, who loved his car buddies and also a member of multiple corvette clubs. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, watching NASCAR and was an avid BGSU supporter.
He is survived by his children Kristin Maratea (Jerry) of Olathe, Kansas, Ashley Lloyd of Runnemede, New Jersey and William Lloyd III (Britt) of Blackwood New Jersey, brothers Doug Lloyd (Linda) of Troy, Ohio and Dennis Lloyd (Joe Brannon) of Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania, 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday March 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Bowling Green, Ohio where Bill will be laid to rest with his parents. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
