In two separate cases, a Bowling Green man has been indicted by a Wood County Grand Jury on a charge of
rape, gross sexual imposition and three counts of trafficking in cocaine.
Charles M. Florence, 30, is accused of trafficking cocaine for his actions on April 8, April 10 and April
13. Each charge is a fifth-degree felony.
In a separate case, Florence was indicted for the rape and GSI charges regarding his actions with a woman
on April 22. The rape charge is a first-degree felony; the GSI is a fourth-degree felony.
His cases have been assigned to Judge Alan Mayberry in Wood County Common Pleas Court.
