Accidents occurred:
Aug. 19.
A vehicle was found on Ohio 65, west of Kellogg Road, after it had struck a tree. The driver had fled the
scene.
Theft of aluminum was reported in the 4000 block of Sandusky Street, Wayne.
A drugs incident involving a vehicle was reported in the area of Deshler Road and Bushey Road, North
Baltimore.
A drugs incident was reported in the 5000 block of Hammer Road, rural Fostoria.
Breaking and entering at a residence was reported in the 21000 block of Anderson Road, rural BG. Items
were taken from the scene.
Domestic violence was reported in the 7000 block of Scotch Ridge Road, rural BG.
Drugs incidents were reported in the 190000 of Needles Road, Custar, and the 1000 block of Bowling Green
Road East, Bradner, on Aug. 20.
BG POLICE
At Kroger on North Main Street, Joseph Custer III, 23, Findlay, was arrested for shoplifting and taken to
jail. Allie Smith, 19, Findlay, was cited for wrongful entrustment.
Aug. 18 citations:
Operating vehicle impaired, prohibited alcohol content (BAC 0.256), marked lanes, illegal speed: Mark
Carreon, Uvalde, Texas.
A vehicle was entered and items inside were gone through in the 300 block of South Summit Street. Nothing
was taken from the vehicle.
Damage to a garage door was reported in the 200 block of Ada Avenue.
An assault incident occurring in the city was reported at the Wood County Hospital.
At Days Inn, 1740 E. Wooster St., Zachary Howard, 20, BG, was arrested on a Wood County Sheriff’s Office
warrant and taken to jail. He was further cited for drug abuse/marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
