Accidents occurred:
June 24
• At South Main Street and Easy Gypsy Lane Road. Dwight Barnes, Miamisburg, was cited for assured clear
distance ahead and driving under suspension after a collision with Jay Sockman, Portage.
• At East Wooster Street and North Summit Street. Tonya Lachey, Cygnet, was cited for assured clear
distance ahead after a collision with Christopher Dunn, BG. A passenger in Dunn’s vehicle reported neck
pain but refused medical treatment.
• At 307 N. Enterprise St. Erin Nazario, 26, BG, was cited for right-of-way at a stop sign after a
collision with Chelsea Sample, BG.
Damage to a bicycle was reported in the 400 block of East Merry Avenue.
Abigail Cary, 36, BG, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence in the 100 block of East Napoleon
Road and taken to jail.
An assault incident was reported at Toledo Molding and Die in the 500 block of Easy Gypsy Lane Road.
June 25 citations:
Driving under suspension, no front plate: Lou Ann Dangler, Toledo.
Expired registration, speed: Adam Baty, Grand Rapids.
Theft of approximately $4 from a residence was reported in the 700 block of Ninth Street.
Damage to a mailbox was reported in the 700 block of Brittany Avenue. The damage was reportedly done with
a baseball bat by a distraught family member.
A hit-skip crash involving a parked car was reported in the 800 block of South Main Street.
Theft of a cellular phone, which was left outside, was reported in the 200 block of East Napoleon Road.

after a collision with Brian Taulbee, Frankfurt, Kentucky.

• At Ohio 25 and Mungen Road. Joshua Twiddy, Portage, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after a
collision with Norman Yocklin, Defiance.
Theft of a lawnmower was reported in the 5000 block of Bowling Green Road East, Pemberville.
Damage to a field was reported in the area of Truman Road and Ohio 420, Stony Ridge, on July 26.
An aggravated menacing incident was reported in Wood County.
A simple assault incident was reported in the 1000 block of Carrie Lane, Fostoria.
Theft of a child’s Looney Tunes bike was reported in the 100 block of East Main Street, Portage.
On Broadway Avenue, Luckey, bank cards and two packs of cigarettes were taken from an unlocked vehicle.
