Trump’s McCain attack should be last straw

To the Editor:
Trump the bully is now degrading Sen. John McCain who has passed away in August by saying “I didn’t like
him, and I never got a thank you for allowing them to use the airplane.”
It is always about him, and you must continue to get on your knees and tell him what a great man he is.
Trump did not attend the funeral in Washington, because McCain requested before he died that Trump not
attend it. Then Trump had to lie again that he was the one that had to give his approval of his funeral
service for McCain, when in fact the National Cathedral which held senator’s funeral service did not
need Trump’s approval.
He continues to attacks McCain, a war hero and a patriot. He is still upset that our senator gave the
thumbs down on Trump’s effort to get rid of the Affordable Care Act and for distributing the 2016
dossier concerning Trump and his comment to this is “I never liked him much.”
How cruel of this big bully. So, is first lady Melania Trump’s “be best” campaign bullying working for
you? Your husband is now degrading a dead war hero and also the husband of one of his employee on his
son’s 13th birthday. When will this bullying stop?
Bear in mind, McCain served with most of today’s Republicans senators, and not a single one criticized
Trump for his degrading comments of McCain. In fact, none of them have ever come out and say nothing
about his crude behavior that has divided this great country. He has been named in 4,000 lawsuits in the
past 30 years, and has taken millions from his charity to pay for some of them has taken money away from
Ohio military installations to pay for his vanity project, he failed to stand up for Lordstown as
General Motors closed its plant and laid off thousands of workers.
He continues to pursue policies that betray Ohio service members, veterans, families and workers. Please
stay out of our state, Trump, you have done enough damage to us. Somehow his supporters still trust this
liar and traitor. What does that this say about his voters?
