Arturo Beltran, 18, was cited at the high school for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Accidents occurred Feb. 21:
Ashley Mechel, BG, was eastbound on Sand Ridge Road approaching the Montessori School entrance. A vehicle
owned by Corporate Transport Limos, Toledo, was westbound on Sand Ridge, waiting to turn left into the
school entrance. The limo turned in front on Mechel and was struck. The limo driver, Mischa Wright,
Toledo, was cited for failure to yield right of way during a left turn.
Calvin Smith, Lakeside-Marblehead, was stopped southbound at a light at 1094 N. Main St. when he was
struck from behind by Dena Jamison, Perrysburg, who was cited for failure to maintain assured clear
distance ahead.

At a traffic stop, Scott Simon, 21, was cited for driving under suspension (two counts), failure to
reinstate, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The owner of the vehicle,
Bianca Mastriciano, 20, was cited for wrongful entrustment of a motor vehicle
Police responded to the area of Manville Avenue and Clough Street on a report of a male trying to carry a
female away. Bradley Harbart, 20, was cited for underage/under the influence. Madeline Gardner, 20,
Brecksville, was arrested for underage/under the influence and was taken to jail.
Theft of tools was reported from a vehicle parked in the 1050 block of North Main Street.
Joseph Seichko, 20, was found passed out in the bathroom of an East Wooster Street eatery and was cited
for underage/under the influence. He was taken to the hospital.
Accidents occurred Feb. 22:
Kathryn McGue, Grove City, was southbound on Thurstin Avenue at East Merry Avenue. Jordan Feltis,
Perrysburg, was stopped westbound at that intersection. Feltis began to turn left and was struck by
McGue. Feltis failed to yield the right of way from a stop sign.

Accident occurred Feb. 23:
An unknown dark SUV was northbound on South Main Street near Lehman Avenue, in the construction zone. It
struck an illuminated arrow sign on a trailer, spinning the trailer. The SUV failed to stop.

James Turner, 22, Bryan, was arrested for disorderly conduct with persistence and resisting arrest.
Police responded to Walmart and cited Jasmine Smith, 24, for complicity to theft and petty theft; Janice
June, 22, for complicity to theft and petty theft; Alliyah Woodson-Smith, for petty theft; and arrested
Taneishia Kynard, 27, Toledo, for felony theft/shoplifting.
