Conservative Coalition wants voter input
Northwest Ohio Conservative Coalition will meet to plan for the 2015 and 2016 elections at 7 p.m.
Tuesday.
The meeting in the Forum Amphitheater of the Holiday Inn French Quarter, 10630 Fremont Pike, Perrysburg,
is meant for those considering running for local and state office and will also cover a new program,
Ohio Conservatives United.
"We want to hear from conservative voters as to what candidates and issues our organization should
support and how we should spend the money donated to us," said Linda Bowyer, chair.
Wayne man arrested for burglary in BG
A man was arrested Saturday in Bowling Green after the report of a burglary at a residence.
Lt. Dan Mancuso of the BG Police Division said officers were called to the 300 block of Derby Court on
Saturday at 12:15 p.m. on the report of the incident.
A television, speakers and an amp were among the items taken from the scene.
Mancuso said that, based on an investigation, charges were entered for Christopher Duncan, 32, of Wayne,
for the crime.
He was later located at 7:30 p.m. that night, arrested on a charge of burglary, and taken to jail.
Health board meets Tuesday
Wood County Board of Health will conduct a special meeting at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the main conference room
of the health district.
HOPE meets Wednesday
The next HOPE meeting will be Wednesday at 7 p.m.
The group is for those who have experienced loss due to suicide.
The meeting is held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1033 Conneaut Road, Bowling
Green.
