Bowen named All-Ohio
Lake High School senior Connor Bowen was named third team All-Ohio in Division II boys basketball Monday
night.
Bowen averaged 21 points per game and helped the Flyers to a 20-4 record and a share of the Northern
Buckeye Conference championship.
BGSU cross/track holding 5-miler
The Bowling Green State University cross country and track and field programs will host their annual
Falcon 5-miler on May 23.
The cost to participate is $20 with early registration by May 15. Registration will cost $25 from May 16
through race day.
The race will start at the Sebo Athletic Center and finish at the outdoor track adjacent to the Doyt
Perry Stadium.
There will be a Lil’ Falcon Half-Miler fun run beginning at 8:30 a.m. Registration for the half-miler is
$2. All proceeds benefit the BGSU track and cross country programs and the Special Olympics of Northwest
Ohio.
