GRAFTON, Ohio (AP) — The mayor of a suburban Clevelandcommunity is facing drunk-driving
accusations after police say shecrashed into a fire hydrant near her home.The Lorain County Sheriff’s Office
says Grafton Mayor Megan Flanigan failed field sobriety tests early Saturday.Deputiessay a local officer
spotted a damaged hydrant and found a license platebelonging to Flanigan’s vehicle at the scene. Authorities
say thevehicle returned to the scene with Flanigan at the wheel.Flanigan was given a breath test at the
county jail. Results were not immediately released.Flaniganwas issued a summons for charges including
operating a vehicle whileunder the influence and failure to stop after an accident.A phone listing for
