Otsego Food Pantry, located in Grand Rapids OH was started in the 1980’s by Ollie Mock. For the
past 19 years it has been managed by Sharon Current. Sharon said the Pantry serves 200+ families per year.
Many of the people they serve are seniors or individuals with disabilities. This time of year donations get a
little scarce and they could use help, they are looking for: dry/canned goods, paper products (particularly
toilet paper), household cleaning products, personal hygiene products (deodorant, tooth paste, hand soap,
etc.), boxed potatoes, rice, pasta all go a long way to provide the needed help.Sharon stated that they also
accept frozen items or will freeze items like ground turkey or bread if they receive any at this time of
year, school supplies are also put to good use.If you can, I ask the community to please stop by during the
hours posted and make a donation. Every little bit helps!Otsego Food Pantry needs you!Located at: 17700
