COLUMBUS, Ind. (AP) — A small plane has crashed into a house and ignited a fire in a central
Indiana.IndianaState Police Sgt. Noel Houze says the crash happened Thursday morningin a neighborhood in
Columbus, about 40 miles south of Indianapolis.Houze says it wasn’t immediately clear whether anyone was
injured or killed.The accident happened about a mile from the city’s airport, and the fire sent a plume of
dark smoke over the city.Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze, though the home was badly
