11:30 a.m. county senior center. DSMP may be for you if you live with Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes or
are a caregiver for someone affected. Gain confidence and new skills to better manage your diabetes and
feel healthier. The DSMP workshop is led by certified leaders trained from trainers at Stanford

themselves alone again. Tour the Wind Turbines. Meet at the Wood County Landfill, 15320 Tontogany Road.
Bring your camera to take pictures of the turbines. Note: A fair bit of walking is involved, with some
