Sarah
J. Luna, 90, of Weston, died Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at Wood County Hospital.
She was born January 26, 1922 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to William F. Fitzwater and Hallie J. Wilhelm.
She married Raymond Stearns in 1938 and he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Luna worked in the custodial department for the Bowling Green City Schools for 25 years.
Sarah has been married to Paul Luna for the past 32 years and he survives. She is also survived by sons,
Terry (Beth) and Gary (Tina), both of Wayne, Ohio; sister, Marie Ann Mueller of Belton, Missouri; nine
grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by son, Danny, and brother, Ralph Fitzwater.
There will be a Celebration of Life service Friday, November 23, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at DUNN FUNERAL HOME,
located in Bowling Green’s Historical District at 408 West Wooster Street. The family will receive
friends from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
Memorial contributions may be given to The Wood County Humane Society.
