Cora Mae “Tillie”
Davis, 81, of Bowling Green, died Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the
Bridge Hospice Care Center. She was born September 27, 1931 in Bowling
Green to Henry and Mary Jane (Hepshire) Engle, Jr.
Tillie has been married to Virgil Krassow for the past 16 years. They
enjoyed recycling together. She retired from Cooper Tire , Bowling Green
and was a member of the Amvets 711, the Eagles and VFW Post 1148 in
Bowling Green. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles and taking care of
her cats, Tigger and Mommie. Tillie always had a smile on her face and
loved talking to people.
She is also survived by a brother, Robert Engle of Bowling Green, five
step-children, six step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren,
two God-daughters, Jennifer and Stephanie. One brother, Richard Engle
preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 3 to 6pm at
DUNN FUNERAL HOME, located in Bowling Green’s Historical District at 408
West Wooster Street. Services and interment will be private.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
