VILLAGE OF WESTON Ordinance
#2012-8 was
passed on 8/6/12 to repeal Chapter 175 and amend Chapters 110 and 112 of
the Weston Basic Code, relative to certain business operation and
solicitation activity requirements within the Village.
Emergency Resolution #2012-2 was passed on 8/6/12 to
approve and adopt the mutual aid agreement for
additional Fire and EMS protection between the Village of Weston and
Damascus Township in Henry County.

GOVERNMENTS REGIONAL WATER &
SEWER DISTRICT The Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of
Governments (TMACOG) seeks qualified proposals to undertake and complete
1) Regional Water & Sewer District
Feasibility Study, 2) Petition, and
3) Plan of Operation with the desired outcome of
combining the water
systems of Toledo and Lucas County under a new ORC §6119 Water and Sewer
District. The Request for Proposals and Exhibits will be posted on the
TMACOG web site at
http://www.tmacog.org/ Administration/info_
admin/Regional_Water_ RFP.htm Proposals for providing requested services
will be received until the close of business (5:00 P.M.) on September
14, 2012. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:30 A.M. on August
30, 2012 in the Boardroom of TMACOG for the purpose of providing
potential Proposers with an opportunity to discuss all aspects of the
Request For Proposal with TMACOG personnel. Any changes, additions,
and/or deletions resulting from this pre-proposal conference will be
issued via addendum to the Request For Proposal by posting onto the
website. Questions regarding this RFP shall be directed to Mr. Warren

using a Qualification Based Selection Process outlined in ORC §153 for
