For people who are relatively new to the world of social networks, setting up a
business online can be a challenge.
People who use social media platforms for their personal networking may struggle to
set up an online voice for businesses. To help businesses learn the "how
to" of establishing an online social networking presence, Frontier
Communications and the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce will offer a free live
one-hour webinar at the BG Holiday Inn Express and Suites Wednesday.
Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and the program will begin at noon.
"The popular social network platforms offer great opportunities to place ads,
share stories and overall create a business ‘presence," said Dick
Hutchinson, general manager of Frontier Communications. "However, it can be
challenging to set up these accounts in an effective way to market your
business. Business owners, marketing and PR professionals, customer service
managers, and sales and business development managers will benefit from this
webcast that will provide a step-by-step guide."
The webinar will feature Albert Maruggi, founder and president of Provident Partners,
and Bob Christopher, director of digital marketing, Equus Computer Systems.
