A 37-year-old Bowling Green man was arrested June 7 for domestic violence and was taken to jail.
Accident occurred:

¥ at North College Drive and Frazee Avenue. Kenneth E. Dixon II, Mooresville, N.C., was cited for right
of way at stop sign. Bradley Stemen, North Baltimore, was operating the other vehicle.

Four vehicles parked at 214 E. Napoleon Road had tires slashed overnight.
A 24-year-old BG man reported being robbed of his wallet while standing in the 1000 block of North Main
Street. He could not give police a description of the suspects.
Roy S. Naugle Jr., 35, BG, was arrested for criminal trespass, criminal damaging and menacing, and was
taken to jail.

¥ near 1094 N. Main St. Carrie Miller, BG, was cited for traffic control device violation after striking
the vehicle operated by David D. Buening, BG.
¥ near 1504 E. Wooster St. Christopher A. Kopp, Tiffin, was cited for marked lanes after causing a crash
that also involved a vehicle operated by James P. Noon, BG.
¥ at Thurstin Avenue and East Merry Avenue when a vehicle operated by Laura E. Charland, BG, struck
pedestrian Lisa M. Bergman, BG. Bergman was cited for jaywalking.

Derick D. Fonville, 21, Detroit, was arrested for assault and sexual imposition in city Lot 1 around
12:16 a.m. Eric I. Robinson, 21, BG, also was arrested for assault after he and Fonville reportedly
struck the male victim in the face several times. Fonville reportedly made sexual contact with a female
victim. Both Robinson and Fonville were taken to jail.
Thomas P. Leonard II, 31, Maumee, was arrested on a Maumee Police warrant for disrupting public services.
He also was cited for open container and possession of marijuana.
A vehicle parked in the 700 block of Fifth Street and one in the 800 block of Seventh Street each had a
tire slashed overnight.
A blue gazing ball and metal stand were reported stolen from the 200 block of East Poe Road.
Tramell F. Taylor, 19, BG, was arrested in the 700 block of Sixth Street for trafficking in drugs, and
was taken to jail, no bond. Devon S. Denson, 20, BG, was arrested for possession of marijuana after a
police observed an exchange between the two.

In Weston, a Milton Center man was arrested for a domestic violence incident.
Justin Rita, rural Bowling Green, was arrested in the 18300 block of Brim Road on a warrant.
A domestic violence incident was reported in Risingsun.
A Tontogany woman reported that juveniles had assaulted her son, and vandalized her property.
A man was taken into custody following a domestic violence incident in rural Bowling Green.
Charges of domestic violence and criminal damaging were reported following an incident between two male
juveniles in Bradner.

investigation.
The detective division is reviewing the reported theft of items from a business in the 1200 block of
North Main Street.
An East Napoleon Road resident reported someone entered her locked residence and stole cash and
cigarettes.
A back window of a vehicle parked at 2111 E. Wooster St. was broken and a purse and bible were stolen.

Police responded to a complaint of spraypainting in the 400 block of Gould Street, and cited Dustin
Swarthout, Grand Rapids, with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and possession of drug
paraphernalia; Steven Wenzlick, Grand Rapids, with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and possession
of marijuana; and both Matthew Telles, Bowling Green, and Justin Hazelbaker, Whitehouse, with criminal
trespass and criminal mischief.
