Troy Twp. sets special meeting
LUCKEY – The Troy Township Trustees will hold a special meeting Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. to discuss the
repair/improvement of streets in Stony Ridge east of the railroad.
The meeting will take place at 311 Krotzer Ave., Luckey.
Wayne distributes government food
WAYNE – The Wayne Food Pantry will be distributing food Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the fire hall.
The giveaway is for residents in the 43466 zip code who meet eligibility requirements.
Help is needed for Weston Days
WESTON – The Weston Days Committee is in need of participants and volunteers for several events during
the three-day event on June 24-26.
Volunteers are needed to be referees and players for the basketball tournament, runners for the 5K race
on Saturday, bakers for the baking contest, vendors for the flea market and craft show, and cars for the
car show.

Semi-tractor rolls over on Rt. 420
One man was taken to an area hospital after his semi truck rolled over on Ohio 420 in the northern part
of Troy Township early this morning.
According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, the incident was reported just before 1:15 a.m. after a
semi-tractor trailer traveling on the Route 420 ramp rolled over. Additional details were not
immediately available this morning.
According to a patrol dispatcher, the driver was alert following the accident, and was taken by Life
Flight to Toledo Hospital.
The name of the driver and his condition were unavailable this morning.
