The Catholic Diocese of Toledo is bringing back its popular Theology on Tap series. The spring edition
will use a theme of "Going Beyond the Pews."
Each of the three sessions has a Wood County connection. The program is targeted at young adults from
college age through people in their 20s and 30s.
All are invited to any or all of the three sessions.
Each session begins with registration, food and fellowship at 6:15 p.m. with the speaker beginning at 7
p.m.
¥ The first is scheduled for Tuesday with a theme of "Tune In," a look at daily revelations of
God led by Father Joe Steinbauer. Steinbauer is a former associate pastor at St. Thomas More University
Parish in Bowling Green, and was the first pastor at the merged All Saints Parish, Rossford. This
session will be held at PizzaPapalis, 519 Monroe St., Toledo.
¥ The second session will be held at Jed’s, 7010 Lighthouse Way, Perrysburg. The theme is "Finding
God in the Grocery Store," focusing on community and mission led by Monsignor Bill Kubacki.
¥ The final session is set for June 21 and will be led by Father Herb Weber, pastor of Blessed John XXIII
Parish in Perrysburg. He is also a former pastor at St. Thomas More. His topic will be "Why go
Beyond the Pews? Does it Really Matter?" That session will be held at Dos Hermanos, 1705 S.
Wheeling St., Oregon.
