Garage sale held to benefit good causes

A yard/garage sale will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at United Home Comfort on Pearl Street to
help Sara Fouts raise money for an upcoming six-week missions trip.
Fouts, 21, is leaving June 1 for a two-week stay in Brazil, followed by four weeks in Africa (Tanzania,
Zambia and South Africa) working alongside two different mission teams. She has also been asked by
Launch Out Ministries to photograph ministries, people and places as an unpaid photography internship.

A minimum of $5,280 is needed to cover the trip cost and plane tickets.
In addition to the regular items at the sale, the high-end fashion and accessory store, the BLDG on East
Wooster Street, has donated toward it. One hundred percent of BLDG sales will go toward Fouts’ trip.
Stereo Line, a locally owned clothing brand, is donating T-shirts to the sale, with half of the sales
going to Fouts and half to The Daughter Project which is building a home in Wood County for former sex
slaves.
