PERRYSBURG – CedarCreek church has set its plans to open an additional campus this fall.
The new campus will be located in South Toledo and will be the fourth physical campus, along with its
Internet I-campus.
Lee Powell, senior pastor of CedarCreek Church, announced to his congregation last weekend that a
purchase agreement had been signed and that the closing on the new Byrne and Heatherdowns location was
tentatively scheduled for this week.
"We are very excited that we will be moving into our fourth physical campus location, bringing the
total to five including the I-campus, this year," Powell said.
The pastor said they had been looking at the location, formerly used by Farmer Jack, for "quite a
while." He added that "South Toledo will be a perfect fit for us."
The new facility located at 2150 Byrne Road, measures 56,000 square feet with a 750-seat auditorium
planned. Powell also indicated plans for "an exciting Cedarville ministry," which is designed
for the infants and kids, along with both a junior high and a high school ministry.
"We look forward to being a great neighbor and we hope that people in the area that don’t currently
have a church they regularly attend will give us a try," Powell said.
In addition to the main campus located at 29129 Lime City Road between Perrysburg and Rossford, there is
a campus in Whitehouse and another in Toledo.
