LEGAL NOTICE The Unknown Heirs of Elaine
Scheidegger,
whose last place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 5,

2011, Green Tree Servicing LLC, filed its Complaint on Action for
Replevin in Case No. 2011CV0287 in the Court of Common Pleas Wood County,

Ohio, alleging that Defendant The Unknown Heirs of Elaine Scheidegger has

an interest in the 1996 Skyline, Woodfield model, manufactured home, Serial No.
1738-0154I-A13, located at 900 East Broadway Street, #10, North Baltimore, Ohio
45872. Green Tree Servicing LLC, further alleges that Defendant
The
Unknown Heirs of Elaine Scheidegger has failed to remit the required monthly

payments on the Contract for said manufactured home and is now in default of its
obligations under the terms of the Contract. By virtue of the default, Green

Tree Servicing LLC, is entitled to immediate and permanent of possession of

said manufactured home. Green Tree Servicing LLC, prays that Defendant
The Unknown Heirs of Elaine Scheidegger be required to answer and set up
his/her interest in said manufactured home or be forever barred from asserting
the same, for default on the Contract, for Green Tree Servicing LLC’s
immediate and permanent possession of said manufactured home, the
commercially reasonable sale of said manufactured home, and the proceeds of said
sale applied to the debt secured thereby, and for such other relief as is just

Juvenile Court, Case No. 2011 JC 0251, alleging that said child is dependent;
said complaint will be for hearing before said Court in Bowling Green, Wood
County, Ohio, on May 9, 2011 at 3:00 p.m., at the Wood County Juvenile Court,
1032 South Dunbridge Road, Bowling Green, Ohio; and Rachel Dotson, last known
address: 20200 Oak St., Apt 15, Weston, Ohio, is ordered to appear before the
Wood County Juvenile Court on said date and show cause why the complaint’s
prayer should not be granted. You are hereby notified that any party is entitled

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING May 18, 2011, 8:00 AM
The Wood
County Economic Development Corporation and the Wood County Brownfield Coalition
(WCBC) are currently administering a $250,000 U.S. EPA Brownfield Site
Assessment Grant for Petroleum Substances and has grant funding available for
environmental assessments (Phase I and Phase II) on potentially contaminated
sites. The WCBC members include the Wood County Commissioners, Northern Wood
County Port Authority, and the City of Northwood. You are invited to attend a
public meeting on May 18, 2011, at 8:00 AM at the Commissioners Large Meeting
Room, located at the County Office Building, One Courthouse Square, in Bowling
Green, Ohio. The public is encouraged to attend the public meeting to learn
about what activities can be covered by the grant, who can apply for grant
funding, how the application process works, ask questions, and provide comments.
During this meeting, we want to hear from interested parties concerning sites
that would benefit from the performance of environmental investigations in order
to redevelop these underutilized properties. May 3, 7, 12, ’11
