An accident occurred:
Feb. 17
¥ at Napoleon Road, one-tenth of a mile west of Cloverdale Road. Melissa Mieczkowski, Maumee, driving a
2002 Ford ZX2, was cited for OVI, OVI (refusal), driving under suspension (license forfeiture) failure
to maintain control, and no operator’s license, after her vehicle reportedly drove off the right side of
the road.
¥ at 188 I-75. An unknown vehicle reportedly struck a 2004 Volvo semi tractor-trailer driven by Troy
Mersereau, Kingston, Ont., after traveling off the road and striking a concrete bridge pillar.
At an apartment in the 1100 block of Carrie Lane, Fostoria, several items were reported stolen from a
residence.
Deputies responded to the report of a domestic dispute on Sumner Street, Weston.
A 17-year-old female juvenile was reported missing after her foster mother came to pick her up from an
Otsego High School basketball game, and she was not there. The girl, a Haskins resident, reportedly is
on probation through Erie County for running away form home.
In the 3700 block of Garling Road, Luckey, it was reported that the mother of a 17-year-old male juvenile
had located a cell phone the boy had stolen from an unknown subject.
Feb. 18 incidents:
A disorderly conduct incident involving an 11-year-old juvenile was reported at Elmwood Local Schools,
Bloomdale.
In North Baltimore, a caller reported that her 15-year-old daughter was on marijuana and that a
threatening telephone message had been received from another female.
An incident of obstructing official business was reported at Eastwood High School, Pemberville. At 11:11
p.m. a deputy reportedly confronted two juveniles who were acting inappropriately. One of the juveniles,
a 16-year-old male from Luckey, was told by the deputy to stop but did not and pushed the officer and
began to run away before being halted by another officer. The juvenile was arrested and charged with
