Jan. 27 incidents:
In Rudolph, a Toledo woman was arrested for domestic violence after she, while intoxicated, reportedly
fought with her daughter.
Jan. 28 incidents:
A man was charged with violation of a protection order after he had reportedly twice called his wife, a
domestic violence victim, in violation of a protection order on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26 while incarcerated
at the Wood County Justice Center.
An incident of theft was reported at Eastwood High School in Pemberville.
A saw and other materials were reported stolen from Portage Quarry on South Dixie Highway, Portage.
At a restaurant in the 300 block of East Wooster Street, Bowling Green, Paa Kwesi Coleman, Bowling Green,
was arrested and issued summonses for disorderly conduct with persistence while intoxicated, resisting
arrest, and criminal trespass.
Jan. 30 citations:
OVI, OVI/PAC (.090), speed – Jeffrey Reinhart, Findlay.
Speed, DUS (license Forfeiture) – Joshua Townsend, Portage.
On Feb. 1 at 1790 southbound I-75 onramp, an electrical fire in a truck was reported.
In the 8000 block of Otsego Pike, Custar, a vehicle was reported on fire.

¥ at Kellogg Road, three-tenths of a mile east of Green Road, Branden Chesney, Bowling Green, was cited
for assured clear distance after the car he was operating slid off the right side of the road into a
ditch and struck a car driven by Samantha Layne, Grand Rapids.
¥ at Kellogg Road and Tuller Road. A 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Jenny Long, Bowling Green,
struck a guardrail.
¥ at Pemberville Road just north of Holcomb Road in Freedom Township. A 1996 Mercury Sable driven by Neda
Hardeman, Northwood, reportedly lost control in the snow and came to rest in a ditch. Neither Hardemen
nor her two juvenile passengers were injured. Jan. 28
¥ at Country Home Road, four-tenths of a mile south of Kramer Road. Travis Snow, Portage, was cited with
failure to maintain control after the 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 he was operating traveled off the road and
struck a fence and the branches of a tree.
¥ at River Road, two-tenths of a mile east of Ohio 235. Freddie Rahl Jr., Weston, was cited with failure
to control and driving under suspension (out of state suspension) after the 2007 Suzuki 4D he was
operating struck two guardrails. Jan. 29
¥ at 8648 Sugar Ridge Road. A Camero driven by Anthony Turner, Pemberville, drove into a ditch.
Jan. 30
¥ at State Route 199 and Brandeberry Road. Stacy Holmes, Fostoria, was cited for right of way from a stop
sign after the 2005 Jeep Liberty she was operating was struck by a 2002 GMC 2500 van driven by Hubert
Tolbert Jr., West Millgrove.
Jan. 31
¥ at Mitchell Road, a half-mile south of Quarry Road in Henry Township. John Shepherd, North Baltimore,
was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control, and additionally booked and issued a citation for
driving under suspension (OVI suspension) after the 1996 Dodge four-by-four he was operating drove into
a ditch. Neither he nor his passenger reported injury.
