¥ at North Dixie Highway and North I-475. Amy Arquette, Perrysburg, was cited for drive within lanes
after the 2008 GMC Sierra she was operating struck a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero operated by Jason Mitchell,
Perrysburg.
¥ at Avenue Road and Georgia Road. William Romp, Rossford, was cited for assured clear distance ahead
after the vehicle he was operating struck a vehicle driven by Richard Redieck, Perrysburg.

vehicle then struck the rear of a 2009 Chevrolet driven by Richard Shadix, Toledo, which struck a 2006
Suzuki driven by Susana Retamal, Maumee. None of the drivers, nor Retamal’s passenger, were injured.
During the investigation of the crash, Aton was found to be driving under suspension and had active
bench warrants from Oregon Municipal Court. She was cited for DUS and later issued summonses by an
Oregon officer.

distance ahead after the vehicle he was driving struck a vehicle operated by Jamie Baringer, Bowling
Green.

from their wall as they left the building. A person of interest in the matter was identified.
Damage to an excavator parked at Ohio Machinery Co. on North Dixie Highway was reported.
A city resident was arrested for domestic violence after police responded to the report of a domestic
dispute.
Scott Shaw, Toledo, was arrested in the 27000 block of Helen Drive for disorderly conduct with
persistence.
