Michigan man injured in I-75 pileup Tuesday

One man was taken to an area hospital Tuesday following an accident on Interstate 75 northbound, just
north of the Wood-Hancock county line.
According to the Bowling Green Post of the State Highway Patrol, at 9:03 a.m. a 2011 Kia Sorento driven
by Marvin Youkhana, 28, Warren, Mich., was traveling in the left lane when it struck a 2007 Freightliner
tractor-trailer driven by Kenneth Sharon, Wilmington, Ill., which was slowing for stopped traffic. The
traffic was stopped due to multiple crashes which had occurred north of Ohio 18.
After impact, Youkhana’s vehicle went off the right side of the roadway.
Youkhana was taken to Toledo Hospital by Promedica Air with incapacitating injuries.
He was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
