Driver injured in crash near N.B.

NORTH BALTIMORE – One man was taken to the hospital early this morning following a two-car accident on
Interstate 75, near Ohio 18.
According to the Bowling Green Post of the State Highway Patrol, at 1:30 a.m. a 1999 Buick Regal driven
by David Cleland, Findlay, was southbound on I-75 when it failed to maintain an assured clear distance
and struck the rear of a 1996 Dodge Neon driven by Dwayne Hayes, Detroit.
Hayes reportedly sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken by North Baltimore EMS to Blanchard
Valley Hospital, Findlay.
Cleland was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
