Citations Jan. 16:
Possession of marijuana (less than 100 grams) – Anthony Greene and Devan Stafford, both of Toledo.
Nuisance party, underage/under the influence – Nicholas Musarra, Bowling Green.
Expired operator’s license – Carrie Day-Fruth, Bowling Green.
Driving under suspension, expired registration – John E. Hooks Jr., Vermilion.
Speed – Brody Hagemeyer, Bowling Green; Connor Breisacher, Bowling Green; Cindy Herrera, Bowling Green;

Theft: Compac laptop from unlocked apartment, 1500 block Clough Street.
Officers were called twice to the hospital to help staff handle uncooperative patients.

James L. Stevens Jr., 33, Bowling Green, was cited for inducing panic after he called a social service
agency and advised (falsely) that he overdosed on pills. He also was arrested for violation of a
protection order after he said he was located at an East Merry apartment whose resident had the TPO
against him. Stevens was taken to jail, no bond.
Raul G. Ramirez, 19, Bowling Green, was arrested along Fairview Avenue for violation of a protection
order. He was taken to jail, no bond.

¥ at 2 p.m. near 722 S. Main St. Raylene Rollins, Bowling Green, was cited for failure to maintain
reasonable control.
¥ at 5:08 p.m. at North Prospect Street and Leroy Avenue. Karen E. Hogg, Plymouth, Mich., was cited for
right of way at stop sign.

Meyer, Bowling Green.
Operating a vehicle while impaired, prohibited alcohol (BAC 0.209), traffic control device/wrong way one
way – Jonathan Torrey, Beavercreek.
Speed – Lee T. Andrews, Toledo.
Expired registration, failure to transfer plates – Jeffrey D. Thompson, Custar.
Headlights at night, no operator’s licence – Nansi Olivares, Bowling Green.
Jesse L. Holmes, 24, Maple Heights, was arrested on an active warrant through the BG Police, and was
cited for no operator’s license and no headlights.
Andrew S. Hines, 26, Bowling Green, was arrested on a Wood County warrant for fraud/passing bad checks.
He was taken to jail. His roommate, Williams S. Parker II, 24, Bowling Green, was arrested for
obstructing justice when he refused to open the door for officers serving the warrant.
Theft: laptop, wallet and textbooks from unlocked vehicle, 100 block North Enterprise Street; Sony
Playstation 2 with game from office, 1200 block Ridgewood Drive.
A juvenile was arrested Jan. 19 for inducing panic at a Fifth Street home, and was taken to the juvenile
detention center.
